Our market-leading products can be seen in diverse applications from cement making to chocolate manufacturing, subway trains to power stations, escalators to quarries; in fact, anywhere something needs to be lifted, moved, rotated or conveyed.

As one of the world’s leading names in chain and transmission technologies, we have 2500 employees across 23 locations and our products are sold in more than 100 countries generating us annual sales in excess of £180 million.

The Future Leaders Graduate Programme

The Renold Future Leaders Graduate Programme is a rewarding programme offering international experience. We have manufacturing sites around the world, in countries including the UK, Germany, the USA, China, India, Australia, Malaysia, and South Africa.

Join our two-year Future Leaders Graduate Programme and you’ll not only be at the heart of our transformation, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the future of Renold from day one.

That’s because you’ll be given a real role within our organisation. A role that carries genuine responsibilities and has been structured to further build on the knowledge and skills you gained at university.

If you are selected to join the programme, we will make a substantial investment in your training, one that will help you develop the skills necessary to drive change, inspire organisational success and become a future leader of Renold.

Requirements To Join The Programme

If you can tick all the boxes, we’d like to hear from you:

  • Anticipated or confirmed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Commercial, Business, Economics, Manufacturing Engineering, Software Development or other technical discipline.
  • Highly motivated

  • Excellent numerical reasoning ability
  • Keen to take on responsibility
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Application Process
You’ve read all about our Future Leaders graduate programme. Now it’s time to decide if a future with Renold is for you. Our application process is outlined below:
  • Stage 1 - Online Application: Once you have completed our brief form we will be in touch with you shortly if you are selected to be progressed to the next stage.
  • Stage 2 - Online Testing: You’ll be given 3 days to complete our online tests. If you’re successful, we’ll contact you to explain the next stage our video interview.
  • Stage 3 - Video Interview: This is not a live interview, and your answers will be recorded. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you! Click here to download and read our hints & tips guide for the Video interview process.
  • Stage 4 - Skype interview: This will be with one of our senior leaders in the business and its about getting to know you and how you align with our Future Leader Programme.
  • Stage 5 - Assessment Centre: If you have been successfully shortlisted following your Skype interview you will be invited to attend our assessment centre, which will include individual and group exercises that are designed to test your skills and competencies.
  • Stage 6 - Selection & Offer: If you are then successful following our Assessment Day, you will be offered a great career opportunity.
